Does anybody here prefer spray painting to the usual brush or roller? What specific advantages you get from spray painting?

I would think that spray painting can be quicker, but also messier. We are perfectionists when it comes to painting and we use the pads over the rollers.

I like spray painting. Although brush and roller are sufficient for painting most projects, but for jobs that are large or have intricate surface detail, it's easier to spray the paint onto the work surface.
Further spray painting is less tedious than brush painting and it generally gives a smoother, uniform paint surface.
