I have some questions about wiring at big buildings. Which do you is the best way to run electrical circuits such as lighting and a ceiling fan for a newly constructed cathedral ceiling.

Hi.
With reguard to wiring at height, A mobile tower unit would be the easiest way of gaining access the high ceilings. To enable yourself to erect the mobile tower unit a P.A.S.M.A. certificate would be required. This can be gained through a one day training course, normily held near to where you reside.

Definitely not a DIY job. When special equipment and permits are called for, hiring a contractor is in order.
