Make your own window treatments

After redoing my living room, I decided to take the curtains that were in there and cut them up and make a different style curtains for my family room. I am not a sewer, so used the stitch witch that you just iron to make the hems. I am so thrilled at how they came out!

Anyone else recycle their curtains?

My girlfriend is skilled in those sort of stuffs. She is highly skilled and can make a new one from almost anything old. I guess it has to be a very good experience.

I have thought about it but have never actually tried it. I never before thought to use the stitch witch taht would definitely help make up for the fact that I don't know my way around a needle and thread.

Yes, that stitch witch works wonders! I am not at all a sewer and the stitch witch is still holding.
